Dr. Sussan is a dedicated consultant Pediatrician with over 15 years of clinical experience, excelling in critical care settings like the NICU and EPU, as well as in General and Community Pediatrics. She combines strong clinical expertise with business and leadership skills, guiding families on healthy living while ensuring effective and sustainable healthcare delivery. Her qualifications include a Fellowship from the West African College of Physicians, and certifications from University of Washington. With hands-on training in Pediatric resuscitation and extensive experience managing neurodevelopmental disorders, sickle cell disorders, cardiology, infectious diseases to mention a few.

Dr. Kelvin Ogelle is a dedicated internist in Highland New York. He specializes in the care of adolescents and young adults with complex medical conditions. While internists typically treat adult patients, Dr. Ogelle’s expertise is focused on managing conditions that affect older children, teenagers, and young adults, bridging the gap between pediatric care and adult medicine. His involves diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of adult-like diseases that can affect young patients, such as chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. He works closely with other specialists to provide comprehensive care for children with multi-system health issues.

Dr. Austin is a highly skilled sickle cell and Hematology Pediatrician, where he brings expertise and compassion to the care of young patients facing some of the most challenging medical conditions. With a specialized focus on sickle cell disease and pediatric cancers, Dr. Austin is dedicated to providing cutting-edge treatments for children battling both blood disorders and cancers, often in the context of complex, co-existing conditions.
In the area of sickle cell disease, Dr. Austin expertly manages the long-term care and treatment of children with this genetic blood disorder, helping to alleviate pain, prevent complications, and improve overall quality of life.

Dr. Ihedi Faith Adugba is a visionary PhD holder, CEO, and President of St. Ruth Children’s Research Hospital a nonprofit healthcare institution in Nigeria. She is dedicated to advancing the well-being of children through innovative medical care and research. As a multifaceted leader, Dr. Ihedi combines her roles as a philanthropist, researcher, and organizational manager to create a lasting impact on both healthcare and society, particularly in underserved communities across Nigeria and beyond.

Dr. Nguyen is a highly respected PhD holder and epidemiology researcher in pediatric cancer and healthcare, specializing in the study of cancer patterns, risk factors, and health disparities in children. With a deep commitment to improving child health, Dr. Nguyen conducts groundbreaking research aimed at understanding the causes and distribution of pediatric cancers, and how to improve early detection, treatment, and long-term care outcomes for young patients.

As Director of Programs and Development at St. Ruth Children’s Research Hospital, I lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of impactful health programs that improve the lives of children, especially those affected by sickle cell disease, cancer and other childhood illnesses. With strong experience in program management, community outreach, and resource mobilization, I oversee initiatives that bridge clinical care, research, and advocacy to bring quality healthcare to underserved communities. I am deeply committed to organizational growth and sustainability, ensuring that every program is results-driven and aligned with our mission of giving children a healthier future.

Dr. Adama, an accomplished Consultant Pediatrician, brings years of specialized experience in the diagnosis and management of childhood illnesses, including chronic diseases like sickle cell anemia, malaria, pneumonia, and nutritional deficiencies. His work has been grounded in evidence-based practices and a patient-centered approach, making him a valuable asset to our growing clinical team.
He is especially passionate about community outreach, early intervention, and parental education, aligning strongly with St. Ruth’s vision of reaching vulnerable children in underserved communities.

Dr. Ezem is a highly skilled pediatric oncologist. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood cancers. With a deep passion for improving the lives of children battling cancer, Dr. Ezem works tirelessly to provide compassionate, cutting-edge care to young patients facing some of the most difficult health challenges.
In this role, he expertly manages a wide range of pediatric cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, brain tumors, and solid tumors in organs such as the liver, kidneys, and lungs. By combining clinical expertise with the latest in oncological research.
