The GVWC Sickle Cell Support & Research Initiative (GSSRI) is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by sickle cell disease across Texas through advocacy, policy innovation, research-driven solutions, and community-centered support programs. We work to reduce healthcare disparities, strengthen access to quality care, and empower patients with the resources needed to achieve healthier outcomes. Our mission is to advance equity, dignity, and hope for every person living with sickle cell disease.
