For Medical Doctors
Opportunities:

Volunteer for pediatric sickle cell outreach clinics

Serve as a part-time or full-time consulting physician (virtual or onsite)

Participate in training local healthcare workers and caregivers

Join our medical advisory board or board of directors

Lead or collaborate on clinical research (especially hematology or SCD)
Ways to Help:

Share your expertise in developing care protocols or training manuals

Supervise patient admissions at our temporary facility

Assist with treatment guidelines for rural outreach missions

For Nurses
Opportunities:

Volunteer during community outreach or mobile health missions

Train new pediatric nurses and caregivers on sickle cell crisis management

Help set up and staff our nurses’ station at the new site

Participate in child wellness monitoring and health education
